1 General Provisions

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and bdb22 ("Company", "we", "us", "our"), governing your access to and use of the bdb22 website located at bdb22.io, including all associated services, products, features, and content offered by the Company (collectively, the "Platform").

By creating an account, accessing the Platform, or placing any wager or bet, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety. If you do not agree to these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

bdb22 reserves the right to modify, amend, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any modification constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. The most current version of this Agreement is always available on this page, along with the date of last update.

2 Eligibility & Registration

The bdb22 Platform is available exclusively to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all subsequent times during which they hold an active account:

• Age: You must be at least 21 years of age. bdb22 strictly enforces this requirement and may request documentary proof of age at any point. Accounts belonging to players found to be under 21 will be immediately suspended and all balances forfeited.
• Legal capacity: You must have full legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws applicable to your jurisdiction.
• Personal use: You must be registering solely for your own personal entertainment and not on behalf of any other person, entity, or third party.
• Not self-excluded: You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order placed on the Platform or any related service. Attempting to circumvent a self-exclusion is a material breach of this Agreement.
• Not a bdb22 employee: Current employees, contractors, and their immediate family members are prohibited from registering as players on the bdb22 Platform.

During registration, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Any false or misleading information provided during or after the registration process constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in the immediate termination of your account and forfeiture of any associated balance.

3 Account Management

One account per player. Each individual player is permitted to hold only one registered account on the bdb22 Platform. Opening or maintaining multiple accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a serious violation of this Agreement. bdb22 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts, cancel associated bets and winnings, and permanently ban the player from the Platform.

Account security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. bdb22 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorised access to your account that results from your failure to safeguard your credentials. You must notify bdb22 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised use of your account.

Account verification (KYC). bdb22 may, at its sole discretion, require you to submit identity verification documents before approving withdrawal requests, activating bonuses, or continuing to provide access to the Platform. Acceptable documents include a national identity card, passport, or driver's licence. Failure to provide requested documents within the specified timeframe may result in account restrictions.

Account closure. You may request the closure of your bdb22 account at any time by contacting customer support. Any remaining real-money balance at the time of closure that has met applicable wagering requirements will be refunded via your registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing times.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the bdb22 Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). The Platform accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, Mastercard, and Dutch-Bangla Bank. Available methods and applicable limits may vary and are displayed at the time of transaction.

• Minimum deposit: ৳200 per transaction, unless otherwise stated for a specific payment method.
• Withdrawal eligibility: Funds derived from bonus credits are subject to applicable wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Real-money deposits that have not been used to place any wager may be withdrawn at any time subject to identity verification.
• Own-account rule: All deposits must originate from a payment account registered solely in your name. bdb22 does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Any withdrawal will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible.
• Processing times: Deposits via bKash and Nagad are typically credited within minutes. Withdrawal processing times vary by method and may take between 15 minutes and 5 business days depending on the volume of pending requests and the outcome of any applicable verification checks.
• Transaction fees: bdb22 does not charge fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges, for which bdb22 accepts no responsibility.
• Declined transactions: bdb22 reserves the right to decline any deposit or withdrawal request that it reasonably believes may be associated with fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

bdb22 offers a range of promotional offers to eligible players, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and cashback promotions. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that will be communicated at the point of offer. The general principles governing all bdb22 promotions are set out below.

• Wagering requirements: Bonus funds and any winnings generated from bonus funds must meet the stated wagering requirement before they can be converted to withdrawable real-money funds. The applicable multiplier will be stated on each promotion page.
• One bonus at a time: Unless expressly stated otherwise, only one bonus may be active on a bdb22 account at any given time. Depositing while a bonus is active may affect eligibility for a new offer.
• Eligible games: Certain bonuses may restrict wagering to specific game categories (e.g., slots, live casino, sports betting). Wagering on restricted games may not count towards meeting wagering requirements, or may count at a reduced contribution rate.
• Expiry: Bonuses that are not activated within the specified period from the date of issue will expire automatically. Wagering requirements that are not met within the stated timeframe will result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Abuse prevention: bdb22 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus offer, cancel any bonus balance, and void associated winnings if there is reasonable evidence of bonus abuse, including but not limited to low-risk mathematical strategies intended to circumvent wagering requirements.
• Maximum bonus withdrawal: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings generated by a bonus is capped at a stated multiple of the original bonus amount. Any excess winnings above this cap will be removed from the account balance.

6 Betting Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting activity on the bdb22 Platform. Specific sport and market rules are published separately and should be consulted before placing wagers on those markets.

• Bet acceptance: A bet is only valid once confirmed by the bdb22 system and a unique bet reference number has been issued. bdb22 reserves the right to refuse or limit any bet without providing a reason.
• Odds changes: Odds displayed on the Platform are subject to change at any time prior to bet confirmation. If odds change after you have initiated a bet but before it is confirmed, you may be offered the revised odds before the bet is finalised.
• Void bets: Bets may be declared void where an event is cancelled, postponed beyond the applicable settlement window, or where there is evidence of irregular betting activity or error in the published odds.
• Live betting: In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to availability and at bdb22's discretion. Decisions on disputed in-play bets are final. There may be a brief delay between live event action and market availability on the Platform.
• Maximum payout: Regardless of the stake placed or the odds achieved, the maximum payout on any single bet or parlay on the bdb22 Platform is ৳5,000,000 BDT unless otherwise stated for a specific market or event.

7 Casino Game Rules

All casino games available on the bdb22 Platform, including slots, live dealer games, table games, and crash games, are provided by licensed third-party game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Each game operates according to its own published rules and return-to-player (RTP) percentages, which are determined by the respective game provider.

bdb22 does not control, alter, or interfere with the outcome of any game. All game outcomes are determined by certified random number generator (RNG) software or, in the case of live dealer games, by real-time physical dealing processes. Game results are final once the round has concluded and confirmed by the game provider's system.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bdb22 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct may result in the immediate suspension or permanent closure of your account, the voiding of all associated bets and winnings, and where applicable, referral to relevant authorities.

• Registering or attempting to register more than one account, whether under the same or different identity.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent point.
• Using another person's payment account, identity, or credentials to register or transact on the Platform.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, scrape data, or interact with the Platform.
• Exploiting software errors, system glitches, or pricing errors in a manner that generates unfair advantage. Any winnings resulting from such exploitation are void.
• Colluding with other players, game operators, or any third party to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crime purpose.
• Engaging in any form of bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim welcome bonuses, using low-variance wagering strategies designed solely to clear bonus requirements with minimal risk, or systematically withdrawing bonus winnings in breach of the applicable terms.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited under local law.

9 Privacy & Data

bdb22 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference and is available at bdb22.io/privacy-policy. By agreeing to these Terms & Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of the Privacy Policy.

bdb22 may use your personal data for the purposes of account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, compliance with applicable legal obligations, and the provision of customer support. bdb22 will not sell your personal data to unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes without your explicit consent.

bdb22 uses industry-standard SSL encryption across all pages and communications to protect the transmission of personal and financial data between your device and the Platform's servers.

10 Responsible Gaming

bdb22 is committed to promoting responsible gambling among all players. The Platform provides the following tools, which every registered player may access from the account dashboard at any time:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits to control your spending. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.
• Session time reminders: Configure notifications to alert you after a defined period of continuous play.
• Cooling-off periods: Temporarily restrict your account from all gaming activity for a defined period between 24 hours and 6 weeks.
• Self-exclusion: Permanently exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests take effect within 24 hours and cannot be reversed during the minimum exclusion period.

11 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bdb22 shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to: loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, service interruption, computer damage or system failure, or the cost of substitute services.

bdb22's total aggregate liability to you for any direct damages arising from or in connection with this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your bdb22 account in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bdb22 makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components. The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

12 Amendments

bdb22 reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where changes are material, bdb22 will make reasonable efforts to notify registered players by email or via an on-platform notification prior to the changes taking effect. Where no prior notice is given, the updated Terms & Conditions will become effective upon publication on this page.

It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to ensure you are aware of the most current version of this Agreement. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must immediately cease using the Platform and request the closure of your account.

13 Governing Law

This Agreement and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with it shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international law as determined by the jurisdiction in which bdb22 is incorporated. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through direct negotiation with bdb22's customer support team shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of an internationally recognised arbitration body.

Nothing in this clause limits your rights as a consumer under the mandatory provisions of the law of your country of residence where those provisions cannot be excluded by agreement.
